I secured buy-in from administrators who gave me permission to do so, so having their backing was paramount. Plus, UC academic advisors will also be enrolled. Again, the administrators are supportive and I presented the concept directly to advisors and it was very well-received. In August, I will be leading a training session for new instructors where I will demo how to use the course and where to find the most pertinent information. I will also be taking part in advising meetings where I can show them the Bb course, etc.

If you like, you can find the .ppt presentation I gave to advisors here to give you some idea of the content and benefits of the site.

If you ever want to discuss this, just e-mail me to set up a time to talk. How will your instructors become enrolled in it? Will you enroll them as users? Or the college? I'm curious how this developed. -Jennie Duvernay, Arizona State UniversityAnonymousnoreply@blogger.com
