KnowThis.com released yet another module of its Principles of Marketing Tutorial: Public Relations. As with the other modules, this one is excellent for getting a grasp of the basics. The tutorial covers topics like what PR is, its advantages and disadvantages, PR tools and trends (including blogs and podcasts!).
